Yes, we offer a 7-day Return Policy – no questions asked!
Simply send us your return request, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Sit back and relax – our pickup partner will collect the item right from your doorstep. And you'll receive your refund in 2-3 business days once the saree is delivered to our warehouse

And Yes... We have an exchange facility as well.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item (an Unboxing Video is a must for seamless communication) so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.

Prepaid Orders: Once the Order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case you miss your Prepaid Order for any reason, do not worry, we will ship it back in Express mode without any extra cost. (Please be available on call once you receive the "Out for Delivery" message to avoid any delays/confusion)

Refunds
Once the product is returned, Please remember it can take time for us to complete return process & for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days once the return is delivered to us.
